1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Cricket CX platform and all its services. By using the Cricket CX website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform.

Scope of Application

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Providing false age or identity information will result in permanent account closure.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one Cricket CX account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, Cricket CX reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

Account Security

Keeping your login credentials, password, and OTP secure is entirely your responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact Cricket CX support immediately.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Cricket CX's payment system is fully transparent and secure. We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• No additional charges on deposits.
• In the event of a failed deposit, funds will be returned within 48 hours.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).

• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.

Anti-Money Laundering

Cricket CX complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. If a suspicious transaction is detected, Cricket CX may suspend the account and request additional verification.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Cricket CX regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement is typically 20–30x the bonus amount. If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, it will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after completing the required wagering amount.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to a maximum cap.

5 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Cricket CX reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Sports Betting Special Rules

Real-time odds apply to live match betting. No bets will be accepted after a match has concluded. For cricket matches where the result is determined by the DLS method, bets will be settled accordingly.
